OMNICALL

OmniCall is our IMS package, which provides support for the traditional telephony applications; making and receiving calls, sending and receiving SMS & MMS messages for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers.

OmniCall contains the P-CSCF, E-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, Telephony Application Server, IMS-HSS, SMSc, MMSc, XCAP Server & BGCF, supporting voice calls / MMS / SMS / Emergency Calling / Enhanced 911 / Call Conferencing / Number Portability / Visual Voicemail / XCAP / MMS / fraud detection / Lawful Interception, Call Barring, Call Forwarding & Caller ID management.

We recognise that fixed-line telephony revenues have fallen significantly while the costs of operating traditional telephony switches have remained largely unchanged. Traditional PSTN and SIP services can be offered through OmniCall the same as for Mobile customers, this allows OmniCall to act as a single platform for all the Fixed & Mobile Voice traffic.

This allows you to offer Calls 5 switching out of OmniCall, including:

  • SIP Trunks for customers with their own PBX

  • IP Phones / Analog Telephone Adapters for customers with existing SIP-compatible IP Phones

  • ONT Analog Telephone ports for voice services over a GPON Network

  • ISDN / TDM to SIP Gateways for customers on legacy telephony products

SIP trunks can be directly connected to the MGCF to minimise complexity and reliance on external SIP switches.
