Omnitouch CORE-Lead and founder, Nick Jones took the mic at the 12th annual Kamalio World Conference, held this year in Germany. 

The conference is known for its technical tutorials and business showcases, with panels and presentations covering a wide range of topics including classic telephony, next-generation RTC services, industry-proven systems and the introduction of bleeding edge technologies - VoIP, WebRTC, NG112, NG911, IoT, VoLTE, VoNR and 5G. 

Joining a range of industry experts, Nick joined a discussion about the potential directions for the future of real-time communications. They (the panellists) looked at what Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) can do within the realm of real-time communication (RTC) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
